Dunnet puffinsSpring Wildlife Tours:   The sea cliffs in Caithness come alive in spring as nesting sea birds return to breed.  Puffins and other sea birds find old nest sites and burrows, and rekindle partnerships, while overhead great skuas (bonxies) patrol the cliffs looking for eggs and chicks.  Over the fields and moorland, lapwing aerobatic courtship displays are a great sight to watch.  Seals play in the sheltered bays, and you may be lucky enough to see dolphins or orca from the coastal cliffs.
